This estimates a budget, not the care hours someone needs or what insurance will cover. Ask the care team which tasks and support are needed; ask the agency for written rates.

Build a weekly estimate

One visit length and rate are used throughout each modeled week. Visits per week must be a whole number. Combined billable hours cannot exceed 168 per week.

How to read the estimate

Billable hours per visit are the greater of your requested hours and the agency minimum. Weekly cost is billable hours × visits × hourly rate, plus the weekly fee. The 14-day estimate uses two identical weeks and adds the setup fee once. Average monthly recurring cost uses 52 ÷ 12 weeks, excluding setup; a calendar-month invoice can differ.

Example only: $30 × 4 hours × 3 visits is $360 weekly, $720 over two identical weeks, and $1,560 for an average month. With 2 requested hours and a 3-hour minimum across 4 visits, you pay for 12 hours, not 8.

Holiday or overnight premiums, overtime, travel, deposits, taxes, changing schedules, and cancellations are not included unless you enter them in the applicable fee. Ask which charges recur and which are refundable. Totals are rounded to cents after each calculation.
