Use the contact page and include the email address used at checkout. Do not include medical details or payment card numbers.
Digital access problems
If the download link did not open, support may send the download link again, help you find the correct page, or issue a refund when appropriate.
Payment processing
Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, a refund may take several business days to appear.
