Refund Policy

The First 14 Days Home Kit is a digital browser packet, and the Family Care Coordination System is a local-first browser workspace. Their consumer refund policy is intentionally simple and fair.

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Refund window

If you buy the First 14 Days Home Kit or the Family Care Coordination System on or after August 16, 2026, contact support within 7 days of purchase. Purchases made before August 16, 2026 retain the 14-day refund window that was promised at the time of purchase.

Partner-sponsored access

A sponsored family does not pay Family Elder Planning for that access. Business pilot fees and annual licenses are governed by separate legally reviewed business terms; this consumer 7-day promise does not apply to a partner pilot.

How to request help

Use the contact page and include the email address used at checkout. Do not include medical details or payment card numbers.

Digital access problems

If an access or recovery link did not open, support may help restore access or issue a refund when appropriate. For the Family Care System, a refund or payment dispute can revoke editing access, but the product is designed to preserve local open, export, print, delete, and help capabilities so existing local information is not trapped.

Payment processing

Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, a refund may take several business days to appear.

Before sending a request

Please include the checkout email and a brief description of the access or refund issue. Do not include medical details, diagnosis details, medication names, or payment card numbers.
