A practical starting point

Find your next step for help at home

Start with the tasks you need covered, compare what each service actually offers, and check the schedule and price before agreeing.

  1. Write down the tasks and times your family cannot cover. Confirm clinical questions with the discharge or care team.
  2. Ask an agency about its services, staffing, minimum visits, backup arrangements and written charges.
  3. Compare the same schedule across options. Record what remains unconfirmed.

Public sources checked September 19, 2026. FEP does not arrange provider callbacks or guarantee service availability.

Looking for help at home? Tell us what you’re exploring.

We’ll send useful starting resources when email delivery is available. You can also ask to hear when relevant FEP options become available. This does not book care or arrange a provider callback. We won’t send your contact details to care providers unless you separately ask us to.

Your contact information

Use your own contact details. Do not include a family member’s name or medical information.

This inbox is not an urgent-care service. Resource assistance does not arrange care or guarantee availability. A callback, if offered, is from FEP, not a care provider.

We keep contact requests separately from your private care plan. We do not share these details with care providers. Collection, retention and deletion.
